Summary: Discusses ways in which HIV/AIDS victims are being discriminated against, with particular emphasis on the consitutional issue of rights as implanted in constitutions of Caribbean countries. Argues that such discrimination is in breach of the HIV/AIDS victim's human rights, and examines whether there is any moral or legal justification for this discrimination. Presents an overview of legislative responses in the USA in the areas of employment, schools, health care, housing, and, insurance to protect the HIV/AIDS victim from discrimination.
