Summary: Assesses the Consultancy Engineering Industry in the region based on responses received from 11 participating territories. Provides information on practising firms, their length and areas of practice, principal personnel and range of services offered. Concludes that the industry is well developed and recommends the installation of a mechanism to assure continuity of the industry and the availability of experienced engineers when demand for services increases in the future. Appendices include profiles of practising companies in the region.
