Contends that if a meaningful partnership is to develop between the public and private sectors in Jamaica, then private sector business associations, as representatives of organized interests and intermediary organizations in the policy process, must possess the organizational capacity to offer substantive policy advice and recommendations, based on a consensus of their members, and in concert with other associations.
