Sees as a result of the Single European Market, arrangements which beginning July 1, 1993 - exposes Windward Islands bananas to competition from Latin America, that the options are viz. restructuring the industry drastically; improving the average yields beyond 12 tons per acre; and engaging a joint venture partnership for shipping and marketing bananas and other agricultural crops in Europe.
