Notes that concerns have arisen as to the scope, effectiveness and efficiency of the Integrated Framework (IF), as well as other trade-related technical assistance programmes. Questions whether the activities planned can be achieved and suggests a reassessment of the IF in order to fulfill the objectives of the DDR.
