Summary: Groups WTO members together according to a wide set of indicators concerning economic, social and institutional development level, openness to trade, agricultural productive structure and market access policies. Uses this set of indicators to provide the inputs for a cluster analysis of the members so that coalitions can be built on the basis of 'structural data' rather than on the positions formally expressed in the present round of negotiations.
