Argues that such discrimination is in breach of the HIV/AIDS victim's human rights, and examines whether there is any moral or legal justification for this discrimination. Presents an overview of legislative responses in the USA in the areas of employment, schools, health care, housing, and, insurance to protect the HIV/AIDS victim from discrimination.
