Summary: Notes that the law has not developed apace with technological advances - the requisite legal machinery necessary to protect against unauthorised access has not been instituted. Since intrusions are likely to become more serious with new technological inventions, the injured party deserves some means by which such unlawful interference is rendered punishable.
