Summary: Seeks to identify ways in which a competition law developed for the CARICOM region could be instrumental in facilitating the free movement of goods and services in the Common Market, and by extension the freedom to invest. Applies the principles and provisions of the EC competition law as a model for evaluating the CARICOM situation, both because that law enforces the competion policy in a common market and because it is currently being used as the model for the development of a CARICOM competition law.
