With respect to wood and furniture products, a significant potential exists which can be enhanced by greater cooperation. The analysis of services examines the potential for tourism in the Caribbean, and identifies steps to increase its performance. Evaluates the Windward Island banana industry and concludes that this cooperative effort has been a qualified success.
