Suggests that some countries of the Caribbean such as Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic could be integrated with Trinidad and Tobago, which is a LNG supplier.  Opines that the region of Latin America and the Caribbean have the capacity to provide its development with the expansion and consolidation of its natural gas markets.</abstract>
