Attempts to communicate the basic premises behind the phenomena that are involved in alterations to global climate, the human activity factors that are responsible for spurring atmospheric warming, the consequences that have already begun to be seen in different parts of the world as well as in Mexico. Seeks to discuss the economic cost that these present, and the type of actions that must be undertaken on the global and national level to reduce the effect of greenhouse gases produced by industry, transportation and individual behaviours on the part of everyone. Defines mechanisms for societies to adapt to changes that are already being seen.
