Shows that the EEZ regime legislation for ASEAN states generally conforms to the EEZ regime in the Law of the Sea Convention, although there is a tendency to leave out the rights of other states. Points out that differences in these Acts raise the issue of applicability of these EEZ provisions in the Convention to those ASEAN states in the event that there State practice consistently supports these differences.
