(1) no security firewalls; (2) no preventive medicine for computer viruses which are often downloaded; (3) too much junk mail; and (4) a chronic address shortage.  Suggests a gateway which would work with the router that connects to the Internet.  In essence, the router would send all traffic to and from the Internet to the gateway for approval and processing before routing the traffic to its destination.
