<br/><br/> Highlights the areas in which the European Union have consistently supported Saint Lucia at the financial and technical levels, and in its regional environment.  Notes that as a consequence of the necessary reform in the banana industry, and the reconstruction work to be done after tropical storm Debby (September 1994), EU-Saint Lucia cooperation will be focused on the restructuring efforts in the banana industry and the agricultural diversification policy which must accompany the banana reform.
