<br/><br/> Presents the text of the Plan of Action which reflects the political and policy decisions in order to give affect to the recently-concluded Summit dialogue.  To facilitate effective communication, coordination and follow-up of activities undertaken by the governments of the Caribbean and the United States, areas of concern were divided into two major groups, viz: (1) Trade, development, finance and the environment; and (2) Justice and security.
